Amber Wright is a dual-degree candidate pursuing a Master of Environmental Management and an MBA at Duke University, with a focus on community engagement, environmental justice, and energy. She is passionate about creating sustainable, equitable solutions to support decarbonization and address the social challenges of the clean energy transition. Amber is committed to learning from diverse perspectives and amplifying marginalized voices in the energy sector.
Originally from Florida, Amber earned a BSBA from the University of Florida and has a background in sales, operations, and procurement. She has led cross-functional teams and driven data-informed decision-making throughout her career. Her recent internships include advancing sustainability at Ulta Beauty as an EDF Climate Corps Fellow and supporting global supply chain initiatives at PepsiCo. Amber aspires to lead inclusive decarbonization projects and collaborate with others who share her vision for a just and sustainable future. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, hiking, arts and crafts, and spending time with her Golden Retriever nephew, Wolfgang.
