Nazreen Nazeer scaled

Nazreen Nazeer is an incoming second-year MBA candidate at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business with professional experience across fund management, financial advisory, and financial audit. At Fuqua the coming fall, Nazreen will be a CASE i3 Fellow and Co-President of the Private Capital Club. 

Prior to Fuqua, she worked for Warba Bank, an Islamic bank in Kuwait, where she structured and managed investment products across real estate, private credit, and other income-generating strategies. In her community volunteer and leadership roles she has been a mentor in KIPCO’s Enbat program for workplace skill development for Kuwait’s young graduates, team member in En.V’s community project on migrant worker shepherds in the Kuwaiti desert, Ambassador for Collaborative WIM (Women in Investment Management), and former Board Member at CFA Society Kuwait. 

Nazreen considers herself fluent in Malayalam and conversational in Tamil, Hindi, French, and Arabic. Within the impact investing space, she is particularly interested in social impact themes including gender equity and financial inclusion, as well as fem tech, food and agriculture, urban policy, healthcare, and education.
