Olivia Termini grew up in a small town called Mountain Top, Pennsylvania. Her passion for moving the needle on climate change and its effects on humanity has shaped her career, beginning with an unlikely pair of majors, Classical and Environmental Studies, while playing college soccer at Dickinson College. After serving as Finance Director on a Congressional campaign in Pennsylvania, she moved to Washington, D.C., where she worked in Deloitte’s Sustainability, Climate, and Equity practice.
At Fuqua, Olivia is focused on how companies can build internal capacity to integrate sustainability and equity into business strategy. As a CASE Fellow, she’s exploring how social innovation and stakeholder engagement can drive more sustainable outcomes within large organizations. Her summer internship at Mattel, on the Global Sustainability and Social Impact team, centered on developing strategy for how sustainability teams collaborate with brand teams to help achieve company-wide sustainability goals.
In her free time, Olivia enjoys reading historical fiction (often with a strong female protagonist), drinking coffee and red wine, indulging in Mediterranean cuisine, and rooting for Duke Basketball as a Graduate Student Usher.
